    At Kankaneh, each product is crafted with care. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help — within reasonable limits.

    🔁 Returns

    We accept returns only in the following cases:

    • You received a damaged or defective product
    • The wrong item was delivered
  1. To request a return:

    • Contact us at help@kankaneh.com within 7 days of receiving the item
    • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos
    • We’ll review your request and provide return instructions
    ❌ Non-Returnable Items
    • Customized or made-to-order products
    • Used, washed, or worn items
    • Items returned without prior approval
    💸 Refunds

    Once your return is approved and received, we will:

    • Inspect the item
    • Process your refund within 5–10 business days
    • Refund via the original payment method
  1. You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.

    🚚 Return Shipping
    • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.
    📦 Exchanges

    We currently do not offer exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please place a new order. 

    ❗ Late or Missing Refunds

    If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

    • Check your bank or card statement again
    • Contact your payment provider
    • Then email us at help@kankaneh.com
