At Kankaneh, each product is crafted with care. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help — within reasonable limits.
- You received a damaged or defective product
- The wrong item was delivered
- Contact us at help@kankaneh.com within 7 days of receiving the item
- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos
- We’ll review your request and provide return instructions

We accept returns only in the following cases:

- Customized or made-to-order products
- Used, washed, or worn items
- Items returned without prior approval

- Inspect the item
- Process your refund within 5–10 business days
- Refund via the original payment method

Once your return is approved and received, we will:
