Delivery across Jordan

  • We deliver across Jordan within 1–3 working days.
  • Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an order number.
  • Delivery charges may vary based on your location and will be calculated at checkout.


Delivery worldwide

  • To settle  payment and the delivery, kindly email us on support@kankaneh.com
  • Delivery fees are calculated based on the destination of delivery.


Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered. If you change your mind, here’s what you need to know:


1. Refunds:

  • Refunds are not accepted.

2. Returns & exchange:

Worldwide

  • Due to the high costs associated with international customs and shipping, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any of our products. 


Jordan

  • Returns: If you're unsure about the items you ordered, you can try them on while the delivery team awaits. You're welcome to return any items on the spot, as long as they're in their original condition (please avoid wearing makeup when trying them on). If you decide not to keep any items, you'll only need to cover the delivery fee.
  • Exchanges: Need a different size or color? Let us know—we’re happy to help if stock is available.

Exchange must be notified via email (support@kankaneh.com) or within 3 days from receiving the items.


3. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Sale items.
  • Used, damaged, or incomplete items.


Damaged or Defective Items


We take great care to ensure that every item meets our quality standards before it is shipped. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. 
Email us at support@kankaneh.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged item. We will review your case and work with you to find a suitable solution.
